Vaibhav Mehra is an Advocate & Legal Consultant enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. He started his practice in 2019 after graduating from School of Law, G.D.Goenka University, Gurugram, with First Division. He was one of the few students to score placement from the campus with one of the most reputed lawyers in Delhi, Mr. Kamal Gupta, Advocate. With Mr. Gupta, Vaibhav practiced Education and Service Laws before the Delhi High Court and the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, as he regularly appeared for top educational institutions of Delhi/NCR before the said, amongst other, fora. He also regularly briefed and assisted reputed Senior Advocates of Delhi. Thereafter, to expand his practice areas, Vaibhav, in 2021, joined Mr. Karnail Singh, Advocate, who practices at the District Courts of Delhi/NCR and Delhi High Court, where he developed his proficiency in matters including, but not limited, to Family Law, Property and Succession Laws, Civil Disputes, Commercial Disputes, Recovery Matters and Criminal Laws, etc.
Vaibhav then went on to join Numen Law Offices in July 2023, where his key areas of practice, in addition to those as mentioned above, are Dispute Resolution, Real Estate, Insolvency and Bankruptcy, and Corporate Advisory, etc. He regularly appears before the Delhi High Court, National Company Law Tribunal, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, and various other Tribunals/Authorities pan India. Vaibhav also regularly advises and provides legal opinions in matters falling under the aforementioned practice areas.
