Prapti, a graduate of the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies has gained experience in litigation and dispute resolution in laws relating to Arbitration, Economic Offences, and Commercial Law.
She has represented clients before various Courts and Tribunals including the Hon'ble Supreme Court, High Court of Delhi, Bombay, and Allahabad. Prapti also regularly appears in tribunals such as the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Central Administrative Tribunal, National Green Tribunal, Prevention of Money Laundering Act (Adjudicating Authority), Prohibition of Benami Act (Adjudicating Authority), etc.
Prior to joining Numen Law Offices, Prapti gained litigation experience at the Chambers of Adv. S. Hariharan and Vardharma Chambers. During her college years, Prapti has been actively involved in national moot competitions such as International Maritime Arbitration Moot, NUALS, Kochi. She is also deeply passionate about traveling, dramatics, and philosophy.
