Manasi Chaudhari

Partner - Hyderabad

Manasi Chaudhari is an award winning lawyer and entrepreneur. An alumnus of the University of Oxford, with a Masters in Law and Finance, and graduate of Jindal Global Law School, Manasi specialises in corporate law, intellectual property rights, entertainment law, real estate law, commercial contracts, to name a few, and is an expert in legal strategy and advice.

Manasi started her professional journey in the chambers of Senior Advocate S. Niranjan Reddy (now Member of Parliament), where she extensively assisted in dispute resolution of high profile matters in the Hyderabad High Court and NCLT Hyderabad. Thereafter, Manasi went on to assist the (now retired) Chief Justice of India, DY Chandrachud, in the Supreme Court of India on various landmark judgments including decriminalising homosexuality in India.

During her early professional life, Manasi identified a gap in the legal services sector, which she sought to bridge through her independent endeavours. Thus, in 2020, she founded ‘Manasi Chaudhari and Associates’ a boutique law firm which specialised in commercial laws. MC&A’s global and pan-India clientele across Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, London, Dubai, and California, consists of A-list clients ranging from leading movie production houses and celebrities to tech startups, FMCG brands, automobile companies, and real estate developers. After successfully running MC&A for four years, Manasi decided to merge MC&A with Numen Law Offices, coming on board as Numen’s Hyderabad office, to collectively expand the firm’s practice areas and ability to serve diversified clientele.

Manasi is also the founder Pink Legal - a United Nations (UN Women) recognised not-for-profit which educates women about their legal rights, runs a free-of-cost legal and mental health support helpline for women, and connects women with verified pro bono lawyers pan-India.
