Gurkaran is a B.A. LL.B. graduate from Symbiosis Law School, Noida. He began his legal career at Tuli & Co., where he was part of the Dispute Resolution Team. During his tenure, he worked extensively on insurance-related arbitrations and consumer litigations and was actively involved in litigations arising from arbitration agreements, as well as a range of commercial and criminal disputes.
At Tuli & Co., Gurkaran gained substantial experience in drafting pleadings for arbitration proceedings and managing hearings. His practice also included exposure to insurance law, subrogated recoveries, real estate disputes, and criminal litigation. He regularly appeared before arbitral tribunals, the High Courts of Delhi and Bombay, and various Consumer Commissions in Delhi.
At Numen Law Offices, he has expanded his areas of practice to include appellate advocacy before the Supreme Court and continues to work across diverse subject matters including commercial, constitutional, and regulatory law. He remains committed to continuous learning and meaningful contribution to the legal profession.
