Diya Khanna (B.A. LLB., MBA) completed her legal studied from O.P. Jindal Global University and thereafter pursued her MBA from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, bringing a combined legal and business perspective to her practice.
She was enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in 2018. She began her career with Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan followed with Dua Associates, before joining Numen Law Offices, where she currently practices.
Diya's practice focuses on general corporate practice, advising clients on company incorporation and structuring, corporate governance, regulatory and secretarial compliance, contract drafting and negotiation, shareholder and joint venture arrangements, and day-to-day commercial advisory matters across sectors.
Within this, she specializes in Banking and Finance, Corporate Restructuring, and Mergers & Acquisitions. She regularly advises banks, financial institutions, corporates and promoter groups on loan and security documentation, structured financing transactions, and regulatory compliance / restructuring of debt and equity instruments.
