Ayushi Mahawar is a graduate of Vivekanand Education Society's College of Law, Mumbai. She is currently working as an Associate at Numen Law Offices, New Delhi.
Prior to joining Numen Law Offices, Ayushi gained legal experience through internships with leading law firms including Trilegal, LKS, DSK Legal, Dentons Link Legal, Dua Associates, Dhir & Dhir Associates, Singhania & Company, among others. During her internships, she worked closely with corporate teams and gained practical exposure to a range of corporate and transactional matters.
Her experience has enabled her to develop a strong understanding of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI regulations and FEMA, along with exposure to transactional matters. This experience has further strengthened her interest in corporate law, particularly in the areas of M&A and PE&VC transactions.
