Aman Marwah, is a 2022 law graduate from KES' J.H. Patel College of Law, Mumbai University. He holds a Diploma in Cyber Laws and a Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights. He was enrolled in the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa in 2022.
During his college years, he has participated in numerous debate competitions, moot courts and youth parliaments. His experience in communicating effectively and public speaking was matured during his stint being associated with a renowned youth organization, wherein he was given an opportunity to travel various cities in India, Japan, Egypt and Nepal, to organize events, train students in public speaking and generating awareness about national and international issues.
He regularly appears before the Hon'ble Bombay High Court, City Civil Court, Small Causes Court, Maharashtra State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission and Co-Operative Court, Mumbai. During the course of his practice, he has dealt with matters concerning Commercial Disputes, Arbitrations, Co-Operative Societies, Consumer Protection, Land Revenue Code, Land Acquisition, Private Clients, Real Estate, Rent Control, Slum Rehabilitation and Wills & Succession.
He also has a keen interest in Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Data Privacy and Environmental Protection.
