Prachi Pandey is an Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. She graduated from Symbiosis Law School (Noida), Symbiosis International (Deemed University) in the year 2022 and is currently working as an Associate with Numen Law Offices.
During her college years, she has participated in numerous noteworthy moot court competitions of national and international repute like Shri N.J Yasaswi Memorial International Moot Court Competition, Manipal Ranka International Moot Court Competition, and the NLU-Delhi Constitutional Moot Court Competition, mediation competitions and mock trial competitions which contributed to her experience in legal drafting, research and presenting oral pleadings. She has also acquired an internship experience of over 14 months during her college years in order to acquaint herself with the finer nuances of litigation.
She has been appearing before various Courts and Tribunals at Delhi and she primarily assists in the litigation pending before the Supreme Court of India.
She is also an ardent-reader and keeps herself regularly updated with the prevalent issues and developments in the Legal field.
She has a keen interest in Constitutional Law, Criminal Law and Arbitration and Conciliation Laws.
