Muskan Maheshwari is an Advocate and Legal Consultant enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. She graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and is currently working as an Associate with Numen Law Offices. Prior to this, she had the opportunity of working as a Legal Researcher at the High Court of Uttarakhand.
Muskan's key areas of practice are Commercial Dispute Resolution, Real Estate, Insolvency and Bankruptcy and Corporate Advisory. She regularly appears before the High Court of Delhi, National Company Law Tribunal, Consumer Fora and various other Tribunals / Authorities in Delhi NCR Region.
Over the course of her professional career, she has appeared for many noteworthy clients, including Ansal API, Lotus Group, Klovertel Pvt. Ltd. She also advises clients and provides legal opinions on a regular basis in the areas of Commercial Dispute, Insolvency and Bankruptcy, and others.
