Rishika Jain is an Advocate & Legal Consultant enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. She is presently working as an Associate with Numen Law Offices.
Rishika’s key areas of practice are Commercial Dispute Resolution, Insolvency and Bankruptcy and Corporate Advisory. She regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, National Company Law Tribunal, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Consumer Fora and various other Tribunals / Authorities in Delhi NCR Region.
During the course of her professional career, she has advised and appeared for many noteworthy clients such as Lotus Group, Corning Inc., New Globe Logistik Klovertel Pvt. Ltd.
Rishika is also actively involved with academia and has also authored several articles which she has presented and got published at reputed universities like RGNUL-Patiala, NLIU-Bhopal, Nirma University. Currently, she is also pursuing French from Alliance Francaise, New Delhi.
